These terms govern your use of MathBook, a free interactive mathematics learning service provided by Ferkans (Amir Rezaei, Berlin, Germany). By using the website or apps, you agree to these terms.
The service
MathBook is provided free of charge, for personal and educational use, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for learning. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer for abuse, scrape at scale, or misuse the service or its APIs. Accounts (where offered) are personal; keep your credentials secure.
Content and intellectual property
The educational content, text, figures, and videos are created and owned by Ferkans (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. You may read and study them within the service; you may not redistribute or resell them without permission. Some videos are also published on our YouTube channel; use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Third‑party services
The service streams media and may link to third‑party platforms (including YouTube). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Disclaimer & liability
Educational content is provided for learning and may contain errors; it is not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Ferkans is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Berlin.
